Entropic ("we", "us") operates Entropic. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
What We Collect
- Account information: Your email address when you sign up (via magic link authentication).
- Monitor data: Monitor names, ping timestamps, and alert configurations you create.
- Usage data: Pages you visit and how you interact with the product. Collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookie-free, privacy-focused).
- Chat conversations: Messages you send to our chat support.
- Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
How We Use It
- To provide heartbeat monitoring and alerting services
- To process payments
- To respond to support questions
- To send transactional emails (welcome, receipts, alerts)
What We Don't Do
- We do not sell your data
- We do not show you ads
- We do not use tracking cookies
- We do not share your data with third parties except Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Cloudflare (hosting)
Data Storage
Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database). Cloudflare may process data in multiple countries, including the United States. By using this service, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in countries outside your own.
Ping history retention depends on your plan: 7 days (Free), 90 days (Pro), 1 year (Team). Chat conversations are stored for up to 90 days.
Your Rights
- You can delete your account and all associated data at any time
- You can request a copy of your data by emailing support@entropic.run
- If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
